March 28

It was windy and the sky was dark when we got to church this morning. I thought the cross looked pretty against the dark sky, so I stopped to take a picture in the parking lot.
As I did, this robin flew up and sat on the roof. I was reminded of this verse:

"If the Creator of the universe cares enough about the humble birds to care for them, why would He care any less about us? God provides for the birds' needs; as He loves us even more, we can count on Him to provide for us as well."
Matthew 6:26

A wonderful verse, and a beautiful photo. I love God's timing: the cross, the bird, and His truth.

Don't you love it when these "God moments" happen?! This has to be one of my favorite photos! So simple - yet so powerful! And I love the promise you chose to go with it! Thanks for this beautiful reminder that points us to the One who cares the most about us!

What a great message as you enter for worship. Better than any message a minister could bring.
