August 20

I came across this barn the other morning. I'm thinking it's good I saw it, because it doesn't look like it'll be standing long!

This shed was right next to it. I think it's kind of cute!

For more barns, visit Tricia at Bluff Area Daily.

Great old barn but that shed stole the show for me!

We have a couple around us that look like that!

I hope someone will reclaim the wood from that old barn. The little shed is cute.

That splintered board sticking up out of the roof looks deadly! Her life being complete, this sweet old barn, like everything, returns to nature at some point.

Love this! I saw so many unique barns on our recent trip and snapped pics through the car window of some of them.

I think you're right about it may not be there much longer.

Oh Mari..
such good finds! Is that an old grape vine that is in the last picture?
What a great place this must have been, in it's day.

The lines of the shed are so definite. Was there a flat roof on the left part or was the roof missing on that side?

What great finds! Are those grape vines on the fence?

I love them both...they sought of had a spiritual view for me.

The "broken" down barn and the "old but stable" shed...both have their place and important meaning!!

Something about buildings falling down is intriguing to me. Sort of like a visual history lesson. Thanks for sharing!
