Lots of cooking going on today. I made a total of 13 freezer meals. It makes for a long day and a messy kitchen but it's worth it when you're done!

That is next on my list of things to do to get my life more organized. My new years resolution is to get my complete house organized and cook more. I think freezing meals would really help with that. What type of meals do you freeze?
I've always wanted to do freezer meals but I don't have much counter space right now. We're moving into a new house with a HUGE kitchen, so I might give it a try then.
