March 4

I didn't have to work today, and although it's still pretty cold, the sun was shining. I went for a long walk this afternoon on some state property that is near my house. This land is wooded and is next to a large river, which has flooded and frozen again. It was a beautiful and peaceful place to walk. The only thing I heard while I was walking was some birds chirping. What a great way to get some exercise!

I really like this picture. Are you framing any of these? If not, I think a wall with just your pictures would look great.

Good for you Mari, braving the elements for the sake of exercise.

I love this shot. You can see how part of the water is frozen and part is not. I think TJ is right! You need to find a wall to be your very own gallery.

The past few days, the United States is indeed the storm brought some troubles. But it is also free, and admire the scenery of nature. :)

This is a nice photo, it conveys the serenity here. Hearing nothing but the birds chirping most days is what I love about where we live!
