My husbands Mom and step dad stopped over last night to deliver a few pumpkins to us. This one was a new type they grew this year. Don't you love all those warts?
Very cool pumpkin. Reminds me of a witches nose with all those warts!! I think I will pick one of those up if I can find one for our front porch this year. Great photo, Mari. Hope you have a great weekend.
Those pumpkins must have been growing close to the gourds I have on my table. Alan and I were talking about them last night. There are so many different kinds (shapes, sizes, colors) The verse that came to our minds was "and the firmament showeth His handiwork." I love the uniqueness of your pumpkin. It is special!
I am a Christian wife, mom to 5 and Grandma to two adorable little girls. I have 2 daughters and a son who were born to me and 2 sons who joined our family by marrying our daughters. I have been married to a wonderful Christian man for over 30 years. I work as a nurse at a long term care center, where I am blessed to get to know many older people and their families.

Great pumpkin. I'd stick a witch's hat on, draw a nose and call it perfection!
