Our neighbor has these stone pillars at the end of his driveway. I don't know what kind of flowers these are, but I liked the way they looked against the stone.

Just guessing here, but I'd take a few leaves and crush them between my hands and roll them around a bit. If they smell like mint, you have a mint plant! :D
