Do you see that sweet, innocent looking face under the tree? Don't let him fool you! Oliver thinks that the tree is a big toy set up for him. The ornaments are fun to bat at and the strand of lights hanging down is his work too. So far the presents are unscathed, but if we don't watch him, that could change too!

Fabulous picture! You should send it off to Shutterfly or some such place and have it printed as your Christmas card for next year! If you already have presents wrapped, I'm betting your cards are in the mail.

my cat has hogged the tree too...however, she doesnt bother the ornaments, that would take too much energy for her. she is content just sleeping under it.

Who needs cat toys when you have a Christmas tree covered in dangling ornaments and curly ribbon to pounce on. :)
What an adorable picture of Oliver, Mari, but I have to say...I can see the mischief in his eyes! lol He's probably thinking about climbing that tree for his next adventure! I had a cat that used to do that, so we had to attach the tree to the wall with wire, after he knocked it over twice. I wasn't too happy with the broken ornaments!

our cat loves to lie under the christmas tree also and I remember the cat of parents climbed up to the top of the tree.
I hope for you Oliver is content with sitting between the presents.
