We had a nice sunny day, but so cold! Right now it's 8 degrees here. I'm lucky to live near Lake Michigan because it keeps us a little warmer. Those on the other side of it are really cold tonight! (Right LuAnn?)
This little stream is a few streets away from us. It looks so pretty in the snow.

That is a great winter photo -- good enough for a calendar. I came to you through Cherdecor. I'll come back and visit again.
You are right Mari - it only got to 6 degrees today and tomorrow never to up past zero.
What a pretty picture !!!
that's a beautiful shot@
that is lovely shot - I like the red looking grass.
Oh, dear. I went down to our state capitol yesteday and found a guy taking a nap on the grass with his socks and boots off. We here in Phoenix have a hard time relatingto pictures like these! Although we certainly recognize beauty we see it!

Beautiful! and a touch of color!
EIGHT degrees! If it was 8 degrees here the only pictures I could take would be through my living room window :-)

LOVE IT! What more can I say....other than the whole 8 degrees thing. Wowser!
I really, really, like this one. It might be my favorite but you have taken so many good ones it's hard to pick one. We are supposed to be getting some colder weather the end of this week. Like 30 degrees colder than normal!!!!

This is a lovely photo! I love the sunlight reflecting in the creek!!

but don't you get a lot of lake effect snow on your side?
and here I think 22 degrees is cold enough! great photo!
What a beautiful picture Mari! I just love it. It makes me feel cold just looking at it. Brrrrrrrrrrrrrr! It is cold here today too!
I laughed so hard when you said that you are on the warm side of the lake! I guess that is Michigan humor! =)
Mari...I had never experienced lake effect snow until yesterday. It was like a blizzard...Michigan City, Indiana.
Where did you find the Pathological Picture Taker...I love it?!
That's a really pretty scene. Even in winter you seem to find things to photograph. Your composition is getting better and better! Happy photoblogging in 2010.
I hope you are printing some of these and framing!
