June 2


Isn't this a cool flower? It's from a Viburnum bush we have growing in our back yard. I love the way the outer ring opens up before the rest of them. When the inner buds open, they are tiny blossoms.
*In answer to Renee's question, there isn't much of a fragrance.

I noticed that my blue salvia are blooming that way this year. The outside is in full bloom but the inside is still in buds. Interesting!
