We had a really pretty day today. It wasn't too cold and the sun was shining, so I went for a short walk when I came home. This is the road in front of our house. The trees are starting to show more color and the color always looks nicer when the sun is shining.

Oh I'm jealous! I love those big trees. Unfortunately in our neighborhood, people think trees are "messy" so they are constantly cutting them down. However, I make up for them: I have 15 on my property!

*sigh* We don't get the fall colors. We're evergreens all around. How beautiful. I wish I could walk right into the monitor and into that scene!
