March 18

It's been just beautiful here, with sunny skies and temps in the 50's. The snow is almost all gone, which I'm loving, but it causes trouble for those who live near the river.
This is taken near the Grand River where it is flooded. The front and center area of this picture is usually a driveway. As you can see, the poor people who live in this house are now having to use a boat to get back and forth from home!
PS - there is snow in the forecast for the weekend, so our thaw may be coming to an end. :(

The photo looks really beautiful with the reflections on the water but I'm sure that the peoples who live in that house are not very happy about all that water.

The reflections give the photo a dreamy look, but I can imagine that the residents are dreaming of warmer weather! Beautiful!

Great reflection photo. We are having some flooding issues in Ohio too. I guess with all that snow and rain it had to go somewhere!!
Great picture,Mari.
Hope you have a great weekend!!

Yes, we are experiencing winter's last hurrah today. A big snowstorm. Well, at least I'm hoping it's winter's LAST hurrah.

That's an impressive water pic there... and I'm glad that we don't have to worry about this kind of serious flooding here... although we have had some serious rain days where the pond overflows everywhere!!!
