March 12

We had a big rainstorm last night. This morning it was foggy outside and this evening the fog is coming back. The snow is melting fast!
This picture was taken as I crossed the bridge over the Grand River near my house tonight. I love the mist over the river.

I do so love pictures of fog - because it's not anything we ever see around here! It reminds me of when I was a girl and we would get up early in the morning and look out over our pastures and see nothing but mist and wait for the sun to burn it off.

Mari, that lighting must have been tricky to catch. The whole thing looks Dickensian.

Great picture, Mari, our snow has been disappearing rapidly too... just a couple little spots left in the lawn. It has been terribly foggy here for days, but just cloudy & rainy today! Have a great weekend. Be blessed, Carin

I like how you cropped this picture. It looks like there may be an island in the river.

What a mystical shot! I also like the cropping on this one. You could make a poster out of it!
