Here's another old barn I found while out on a drive. It looks like it's in good condition, except for the faded paint, which I kind of like. I noticed the little shed next to it has an identical window in the peak. For more barns, visit Tricia at Bluff Area Daily for Barn Charm.
Was it as windy as that tree behind the little shed makes it appear. I absolutely love the lighting in this photo...wonderful shot. Looks like evening light to me...
I like the identical window. A mother and a child barn ^_^. Hey Mari, if you allow me I am going to add this blog site to my blog for I am collecting Michiganders blog ^_^ Please let me know! ^_^
After immediately seeing the faded red, I saw the duplicate windows in the 2 structures. So interesting. There is something very soothing about this shot...I think is turned out beautifully. A fine capture. Genie
Awesome! I am always looking along while on my drives too and I see some that I want to get a shot of but there is no way that I would pull over in certain traffic. There are some pretty good ones too. Best place to pull over is the country roads. Or, have someone drive. LOL But then the driving ones aren't always the greatest shots I noticed with mine.

Barns look great faded or with a fresh coat of paint! Have you ever noticed that? Love the little diamond shaped windows!
That is too cute...Like a momma barn and a baby barn.
Nice.
I like the faded paint too. :)

You have some stately barns in your area, and this set of buildings is just delightful.

I like how there is a big one and a mini barn.
It is neat when the outbuildings all match.
Mama Barn n Baby Barn...how cute. The fading paint adds to the charm and I love the diamond shape windows in both!
Oh the faded paint definitely adds to the charm & I just love the matching window!
Great find & thanks so much, Mari! =)
Faded paint definitely adds charm.

That is a great barn, and faded paint is simply a part of country life I think. lol
