July 30


The flowering chive in our back yard are starting to bloom. I like the way this shot shows the flower before it opens and the way the individual flowers look.

Okay, now I'm going to have to go out and look at my chives' blossoms! Frankly, I was startled when one appeared. Since it's in a pot on my screened-in porch, I couldn't figure out how a weed got in! Well, duh to me, it didn't. It's a full-fledge thank you mamm blossom!
