Happy April Fools Day!
I took this picture a few weeks ago - the snow is almost gone now.
This barn makes me think of a patchwork quilt - all the different colors on one barn. I like the shape of this one and the weathered wood on the front.

Makes me feel cold to look at this...but I love it. It makes me think of childhood, too.
I like the feeling the snow adds to the shot...great looking barn.
Nice! Perhaps they got a deal on leftover cans of paint....
It looks so pretty in the snow!
Glad to hear most of the snow is gone. Love the lean tos added to this barn. : )
We still have lots of snow here. You show us some great barns.
Beautiful old barn....
The whole atmosphere is wonderful! I love a barn and I love how you took picture of it. Excellent photograph!
I agree, love the shape of this old barn, and in the snow it is really nice!!
It reminds me of a patchwork quilt too. Glad the snow is about gone.
Seems patching might have been what was done on that barn..fixing it up over a certain amount of time. I love the age and the colors of it.. Makes you wonder who decided the shape they wanted to put up there. Good photo.. very CHARMING.. ;-)
Lots of patching on that old beauty. It's an interesting shape.
That is a pretty setting for the barn. Love the shape of it and it looks patched up, that's what makes it charming!
I agree-it does look a bit like a quilt. I like this particular design and rarely find one around here. This is a beauty for sure. Our snow has melted, but everything is still brown and dull.
Awesome shot, especially in the snow.
great shots. love the barn - all the different materials going on there. neat!! ( :
i love snow!! love a barn in snow.
The colors are so soft and beautiful but you can tell it's a cold day nevertheless.
I'm a quilter and find inspiration in photos like this.
Thanks, Mari.
