January 17

We're having a dreary, somewhat foggy day today. I went to the river after church this morning to see how foggy it was there and try to take a few pictures. However, even though the snow has been melting, there was too much for me to get very close and this is the best I got!

It started out foggy here today too, and was a dreary day. Such a pretty photo of the reflections on the water.

You made dreary very beautiful, Mari! The haze just adds a very mystical quality to this photo. You are brave as I fear taking my camera outside when its raining...

Stay warm!

I can see you're making the most of the foggy weather. This is a lovely, tranquil winter scene. I love the layering of the trees and the reflections in the water. Really well done and you used the gray skies to your advantage!

I like how some of the picture is clear & some is foggy. And the reflection is awesome too. Great idea!

This is absolute BEAUTY. The mystical fog in places, and the beautiful reflection of the sleeping trees shown in the water. The lonliness of the park itself. So baron, no laughter, no signs of humans today. Just beautiful serene PEACE, sweetie. Thank you for sharing.

WOW!!!! I LOVE this photo!! Would you consider allowing me to paint it?
Absolutely gorgeous! You have such beautiful country around you. I envy being near real woods. I grew up in Washington State and that is one of my favorite memories...
