January 27


It's cold again here, so it's time to make some soup! I made this soup which is a copycat recipe from the Olive Garden. It's Pasta E Fagioli and it's one of our favorites. As you can see it makes a big batch. However it freezes well, so I always put at least half in the freezer for another time.
