Are you watching the Olympics? We've been seeing some of it. Our cat, Oliver is enthralled with it. He'll sit right in front of the TV, and watch what's happening. Sometimes we think it's more fun to watch him than what's on the television!
LOL! I'm watching, but I keep getting distracted by the Winter Storm Warning crawling across the bottom of the screen. Thank goodness it is south of us!
it's very funny to me to see cats watching tv's and computer screens, my cat doesnt seem to notice them either way...she is only interested in food! and sleep!
We were at a friends house for a dinner party and we had the opening ceremonies on...but no one was watching them. I don't think anyone can ever top China!
This is my first visit to your Blog. I love this photo. Your cat looks somewhat like my Oscar. What a unique thing to have your cat watching tv. I would be watching him more, part of the time, but have been truly glued to the Ice Skating at the Olympics. Enjoy it all, as our pets are surely a huge part of our lives.
Hi Mari, Thanks for visiting my Blog. I am typing this and enjoying this photo of your cat Oliver. Oscar was our cats name when we rescued him last September at age 6 1/2. He went through so much. All our cats previous to him were kittens when we got them, so we had to adjust to him and he to us. It has been a wonderful adventure. You should send this photo to your local news, or NBC or to a photo contest.
What a cute picture Mari! :) Sometimes when a dog barks on TV, my girl Trixie will take notice and bark back... we usually replay it several times as we enjoy watching her reaction.

I have been married to a wonderful Christian man for over 30 years. I work as a nurse at a long term care center, where I am blessed to get to know many older people and their families.

Too funny!

Great shot!!
I watched the pairs short program Ice Skating last night. The ice skating is my favorite part.
The opening ceremony was great.
What an intelligent cat!
What a great picture. I wonder what's going through Oliver's brain watching. Was he as bored with the opening ceremony as I was :-)
Hope all is well Mari. I've been missing in action for a while but I think I'm finally caught up and will be around much more again.
Have a great week.
