March 8

I took this picture at work this morning. This is one of my residents who really loves her Bible. She reads frequently throughout the day. She has some dementia and often can be heard reading it out loud. I know reading the Bible is something she has always done a lot of, so it comes naturally to continue, even with dementia. I love seeing those wrinkled hands holding her Bible.

I bet I know who these hands belong to. A picture nice enough to hang on the wall...Kae

I'm sure that those hands have many stories to tell. They are beautiful.

what an awesome picture! It is especially meaningful to me because right now my aunt (who led me to the Lord) can read her bible or speak her memorized scripture due to a stroke. it makes me really appreciate my ability to read the word each day right now!

Precious picture. I wonder if her family would like to have a copy for keepsake? I would if she were my mom or grandma.
