September 23

I was at work late today, so we went out for supper at a new Mexican restaurant in our town. This picture was taken from the parking lot of the restaurant.
I took it because it shows what my town is like. This is on the main street through town. Behind the tree you can see silo's and fields from a farm and next to it is an apartment, which is student housing for the State University that is just a short distance away. I find the mix of buildings quite interesting.

What a nice view Mari. I like the mix of the rural of the farm and the urban of the apartment building.

You know what I find interesting? That this is supposed to be your main street and it shows me that you live in a rural part of the country. The sides of the street are not pruned and cut grass, it´s nature at it´s best. I like it.

It looks very similar to this area of State College - except there should be mountains in the background.
