September 23


Yesterday we had a car show at the nursing home I work at. There is an antique car club in the area that comes every year so our residents can see the cars. They all have such a good time looking at them. Some of the cars are years that the residents remember driving and it brings smiles to their faces to see them.

What a great idea for the patients
where you work, Mari, my MIL is in such a facility and would also love to see the older vehicles. It must be very touching for them to reminisce, bet it makes their day!!

They have these at the assisted living facility at the entrance to my neighborhood. What a great idea.

That's a really cool thing to do for the nursing home residents. I'm sure those cars brought back fond memories for many!
