February 4

I went for a cold walk this afternoon. The temperature was 14 but the sun was shining brightly. When I got on the road in front of our house, I saw this one lonely leaf setting on the snow bank. We have a lot of oak trees around our house and they tend to hold on to their leaves into the beginning of winter. However, most of the branches are now bare. I thought the one leaf laying against the snow was interesting.

Neat pic, Mary!! You really take some wonderful photo's.
We will like this laminated floor here at work I think. The old tile was so hard to keep clean, heck it had been in there since the early 70's. Time for a change!! Hubby likes it so much he wants to do our kitchen/breakfast area, utility room and laundry room now!!
I might need a vacation real soon!!
